L501 SERIES FINGER EXTENSION SPLINT (LMB)

Treat a variety of diagnoses involving PIP joint tightness.
Indicated for PIP joint limitation of 45 degrees or less. Approximately 8 oz. (227g) of force is applied when the PIP joint is in 15 degrees of flexion. The contoured center pad distributes pressure evenly on the PIP joint. Bilateral wires may be bent to adjust force and to accommodate changes in edema.
To size, measure from the distal palmar crease to the distal finger crease (finger extended).

CAPENER SPRING COIL FINGER EXTENSION SPLINT

Coil springs provide balanced traction. Appropriate for PIP joint flexion contractures. Coil springs are placed on both sides of the PIP joint for balance and strength. Coils can be loosened or tightened to adjust the force. Curved proximal and distal pads distribute pressure evenly. Approximately 8 oz. (227g) of force is applied when the PIP joint is in 15 degrees of flexion. To size, measure from the distal palmar crease to the distal finger crease.

L504 Series LMB SPRING PIP EXTENSION ASSIST SPLINT

Recommended for reduction intightness at the PIP joint and for the treatment of boutonniere deformities. When the PIP joint is in 15 degrees of flexion, approximately 227g) of force is applied.
Force maybe adjusted by bending the bilateral wires and/or accomodate oedema changes
Short profile allows free motion at the MP joint.
Smaller sizes may be used at the DIP joint.
Curved pads provide added comfort and positional control.

Sizing: Measure on the volar surface from the MP crease to the distal finger crease.
